TED Talk

After watching the TED talk in class, I was fascinated by how the caveman communicated back then.  It is very interesting to see how they made their paintings/drawings on the walls of the caves.  They would just draw it from memory, without seeing a picture of the animal or whatever they were drawing.  It was cool to see that by drawing on the wall they also communicated with each other.

The reason why I chose this painting from Jean Michel Basquait was because once I saw this painting it really stood out to me.  The first thing that came to mind was that this painting was made to show that by the cavemen painting on the walls, that is how they communicated.  You can see in the painting that the figure has his mouth open like he is trying to communicate something.
