Michelangelo Caravaggio

Most paintings are reflections of what we see in real life that are put on a canvas. In the instance of Narcissus there is also the reflection of the water making this even harder to create. The reflection is almost too dark to make out at a lot of points minus a few of the highlighted areas. Another interesting thing about this piece is that it is almost split directly down the middle giving it a lot of symmetry.
