Van Gogh was a Dutch Post-Impressionist artist. His paintings are very interesting to me and it was very hard to pick one painting that I enjoyed because a lot of paintings stood out to me. The one that I picked is called, "Wheat Field with Cypresses." I chose this painting because I really liked the sky the best. It almost looks like an illusion. I also like how the painting almost looks wavy in a way but it is realistic as well. The colors he uses really go well together and make the whole painting come together as one.
