Paul Gauguin

The painting I chose from Paul Gauguin who was a french post impressionism artist, was one he painted in 1897 he called "Where do we come from? What are we? Where are we going?".
The reason I chose this painting was because there's so much going on and it just seemed so realistic to me. I like how he also incorporated animals in this painting as well, and another aspect that I enjoyed was that you can see the culture in the painting and it almost comes to life. This painting is an oil on canvas, and I think the brush strokes and use of colors comes together beautifully.
