Paul Gauguin's paintings are interesting and uniquely put together. The color sequences and backgrounds complement one another and the designs of humans have a unique way of designed. I found this painting to be very beautiful yet simple. The white flowers bring out the blue pedals and the painting looks extremely realistic and captivating. the brush technique is inspiring and the dimensions of the the painting is lack of. i love that the painting looks very thrown together, yet took much patience and time to complete. This painting was my favorite out of Gauguin's.
