Woman in a Chemise was created in 1906 by Andre Derain. This painting connected to be because the woman has personality roaring from the colors. It is painted toon like but still gives off the sense of realism. The artist really digs deep on the shadows and portrays a room that we can go into. This is french art at it's finest.
